By checking this box, I acknowledge and agree to apply for a Real Estate Loan through the Real Estate Loan marketplace. I also authorize NextGen Financial Solutions to charge the debit card or proceed with an ACH Debit on file for a $595.00 Application fee, plus 3% Service Charge for all Card Payments. Lastly, I agree to allow NextGen Financial Solutions to initiate and subscribe me to its Email, SMS, and Call marketing lists for updates, promotions, and related communications pertaining to the loan application.

All other Brokerage Fees or agreements will be communicated via email or during the closing process by the lender and final approval.

Effective January 1, 2026, all payments are non‑refundable. This fee will apply whether the application is approved, declined, or withdrawn.

Additionally, incomplete applications will remain the responsibility of the affiliated party, especially in cases where the card on file is inactive, missing, or entered incorrectly.

These updates are being implemented to promote fairness, minimize processing delays, and maintain a streamlined and efficient loan experience for all applicants.
